say it with confidence 2 This work­shop helps staff to com­mu­ni­cate more clearly, con­cisely and cor­rectly. Par­tic­i­pants to take a listener/reader-centred approach to com­mu­ni­ca­tion so that their coun­ter­part receives the infor­ma­tion clearly, con­cisely and pro­fes­sion­ally. This means using gram­mar cor­rectly, organ­is­ing infor­ma­tion log­i­cally, deliv­er­ing it in sim­ple, clear parts, and ensur­ing clar­i­fi­ca­tion along the way.
